Having trouble picking a motherboard for my PC build

I've recently decided to build a gaming PC with the budget of $600. Although I have picked all my parts (including the motherboard), I try to check the web every day to make sure I've made the right decision. This is specifically hard when I look through motherboards since I don't know much about what's good and what's bad.

I've chosen this processor (which proves to be the best option for me): http://www.amazon.com/AMD-FD6300WMHKBOX-FX-6300-6-Core-...

These are the three motherboards I've been considering. Can you tell me the pros and cons, and/or recommendations for other compatible motherboards? Please don't recommend anything over $100!

Thanks in advance for your help!

Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P good solid mobo with a 8 way power phase.

What about the fact that I'd need a BIOS update to run it (or so I hear). I also know that it's slightly outdated, do you think this would be a problem?

You whont need a bios update for a FX6300 with that mobo.
If you can find a msi 970 gaming for $100 that is allso a good budget mobo
