Having trouble Flashing BIOS

I Screwed up one of the bios and am now running on the other one, How can i fix the first one, I've tried flashing it and it seems to only flash the one im running on (Turns my ram down from 2133 to 1600Mhz)

Heres my Mobo http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P8Z77V_LE_

maybe you need to reset the board completely, disconnect the psu from the wall, take out the battery for about 10 minutes put it back put back the psu into the wall.

normaly the board wil be restored to its original, as came out the fabrick

4 x DIMM, Max. 32GB, DDR3 2400(O.C.)/2200(O.C.)/2133(O.C.)/2000(O.C.)/1866(O.C.)/1800(O.C.)/1600/1333 MHz(from asus web site)

So you only have support for 1600 and 1333mhz ram anless you over clock

yes i didnt write that yet, but you right, wenn he wants the ramms upto 2133mhz then he need to set manual the right timings, and voltage in the bios, timings he can find on the site of the manufacturer of the ram,

Using the X.M.P Profile works fine, I've never had to touch the timings

I think I'm just going to RMA the damn thing, Im now having trouble with the RAM slots, the blue two seem to be dead :/

hmm thats realy odd, maybe thats the best idea.
