Please advise on correct CAT cable to use, I believe she is Currently a CAT5. In a year will be CAT6 so should get better speed.

I mean, it mostly looks all fine, but cat 5 is much too old of a spec. Everything should be at least cat 5e now days. I know you can wait for a cat 6 but if you want to fix it now you can go to a groomer and that’s how you get the enhanced part to turn it into a cat 5e.
