Haswell VS Ivy Bridge

So I'm building a pc and I'm wondering should I wait for the Haswell or just get the Ivy Bridge. I'll be getting a dedicated graphics card (probably a gtx 670) so will the Haswell be worth the wait?

I know the Haswell has better integrated graphics but I don't really care much for it, thus would it be better for gaming (with a gtx 670 for both) when compared to the i5-3570k?

Just go with the ivybridge.

Haswell is supposed to OC like crazy but at the same clocks will only be 10-15% faster... so well see, a 3570k should be fine though.

at release there will be little difference between the 2 other than socket. haswell will however be moved down to the 14nm fab after a year or so, and this is when there should be a step change in perfomance/ heat and power usage.

so for now ivy will be the better choice as the prices are only coming down.
