I happened upon this website the other day in my quest for a reasonably priced gpu and well, these guys supposedly have them at what looks to be retail price… except they only take crypto.
Has anyone here ever heard of or used i-miner.org?

Nope.
Everything about this looks dodgy.
Also I’m suspicious of anyone that accepts Bitcoin Cash.
And this message in the source code is super weird. The github page also doesn’t exist.
This also further hints that this is a scam or really stupid operation which wants you to send payment first before you even realize that nothing is working.
I tried to create an account. And got nothing.
Me being a cheeky bugger

Did you actually just spend $700 on a gpu??
No of course not.
Just ‘beneficially utilizing’ a few bad input validations and coding errors.
The mirrored comment is interesting. But yeah seemed to good to be true. I would have went through if they took amex or visa since you get that automatic protection. But since I only have 21 bucks worth in btc (free for opening a wallet years ago haha). I’m not about to just go buy crypto since there’s no way to protect myself.
Some people do that…
