Hardware question re: image sensors

I was excited to hear about the 64 megapixel pi-compatible camera. Now there’s a 108 megapixel. I noticed that some of the newer smart phones (specifically Samsung s23 ultra) has a sensor capable of 200 megapixel images. Found the replacement camera components to be ~$80 but also haven’t seen/would appreciate info about if there are any other soc/som or daughter boards compatible that could use the phy-d, phy-c, and cis 4 lane mipi (sorry this is all from memory so might be slightly different but broadly ok. Don’t mind it being fixed if you know more/better). I’ve been able to find specs for boards that might be compatible with other/earlier cameras but not this one yet. An AI app suggested a jetson but I’m not sure that’s right. I’m sure some of the “magic” is software related too but at this point just trying to see if there’s a physically viable option to use a camera like this apart from the obvious. Pretty sure that a few of these could be used for interesting photogrammetry projects.
