Metal overtakes all, if by Hard Rock you mean Metal, than please restate.

Country is as terrible as Rap, which is the shittiest music in the world.

i think metal more a subgenre of hard rock and both of them are under the rock category

I don't know, I think Metal should stand alone. In fact, what the hell is "Hard Rock"? I can't think of any bands.

I would think of that as just "Rock", but I see what you mean.

That said, Metal should be separate, in my opinion.

Hard rock is stuff like Disturbed, Drowning Pool, Breaking Benjamin, Shinedown, etc

Anyone who thinks they can prove one type of music is better or worse than another needs to grow the fuck up...
the quality of a piece of music is a matter of INDIVIDUAL oppinoin.

The only thing you can prove however is that there are more or less people that enjoy a certian type of music, thus following the 'migority rules' method of proving a point....
But this and no other method in the world can prove one peice is better than the other.
