Hard Drive Issue

Hey guys hows it going?
I just built my new machine, and loving the crap out of it. I put in an OCZ Vertex 4 and a Seagate 1TB drive. I have the OS loaded up in my SSD and everything is running smoothly, except for one thing. When I go into My Computer I don't see the seagate in there. I looked in the BIOS and it registered that its there, and even when I was going through the OS install it showed up on the list, so I know its not dead. But I don't know what it is to make it show up. I never had multiple hard drives before so this is something new to me. Is there an option I am missing, or setting I have to check? I'm running on an AsRock Z77 Extreme 4 MBU in Windows 7.

Other things to note, I've gone to device manager and it shows up, nothing I can really do to it, but it's there. I go to Disk Management however, and it doesn't see it.

EDIT: Also looking at the Intel Rapid Storage Technology, it does see my Seagate either.

Has it been given its drive letter? Cause if it's not being given one, it won't show up on My Computer. And are you sure it's being formatted correctly?

No it has not been.... And I probably haven't formatted it...
