Halo Custom Edition not working(video problems)

I need help because I downloaded Halo Custom Edition today, and it wasn't working.  I had Halo PC(Combat Evolved) installed, and then I installed Halo CE so I could play with some friends and also make it look prettier.  The problem is that when I opened it, the video wasn't working, the sound was, but the video wasn't(the screen was black and there was no output).  Help

P.S.  Halo Combat Evolved works fine, Custom Edition doesn't

sounds like a driver issue. Is there some way you could try launching it in windowed mode?
