Well the H60 will be better but not by much...
instead of a H60 i would get a noctua D14, cause it's better and will never fail, ever.
also are you overclocking and are you trying to pull of the highest OC your cooler and motherboard can handle cause if not the cooling upgrade wont serve much purpose, as on a stock clock cpu your delta temp wont get much lower meaning unless your oc'ing your looking at a diminishing return on your cooling performance.
