H60 and Mobo problem, HELP

Ok so i just bought the H60 cooler and a motherboard and i am almost done hooking it up and i notice the pump has a 3 pin connector instead of a 4 pin, and my motherboard doesnt have a 3 pin, just two 4 pins for fans... 

Am i screwed and have to return it?

ok i just found out it allows me to plug the 3 pin into the 4 pin but i don't know if i am supposed to do that.
