Hi,
I've been having some trouble with my cooler and corsair link. Specifically, corsair link is not detecting the cooler or the pump, and I'm not able to make any changes to the color of the LEDs on the cooler.
I reported the problem to corsair and I received a new cooler through warranty as they believed it was a hardware issue. I now have the new cooler installed and I'm still experiencing the same problems. I can only think that there is a compatibility issue in my system.
Any help or suggestions would be very very much appreciated.
