H100i GTX Fan Control?

My original h100i died recently and as a replacement Corsair very kindly provided me with their upgraded h100i GTX. However, the original h100i allowed me to connect and control 4 seperate fans individually through Corsair Link, whereas the replacement will let me control the same four fans but they only share the same fan curve as they show up as one single unit on Corsair Link.
(The fans were previously set up so that the 2 attached to the rad itself were tied to the cpu temp and the 2 intake fans at the front of the case were tied to my gpu temp)

Does anybody have any ideas or advice on how to control these fans seperately?

Well the obvious idea to control them separately is to attach them to separate fan headers on your motherboard but that is horribly inefficient. If you have a fan controller you could achieve the same thing but that would again require 4 headers. Maybe you missed something in the software like "Link fan curves" which you can uncheck?
