Guys i need any advice you can give me on my no budget media pc build

No budget means i will use old stuff i have lying around, and mabye do some trading to get some stuff i don't have but need.

Ok so far i have a ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe mobo(it is am2+)here is the cpu support list http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M2NSLI_Deluxe/#support_CPU

I have a 160gb and a 120gb sata drives, and around 15 IDE drives ranging from 1gb to 120gb,and i have 4x73.3gb scsi drives,i also have a pci scsi controller card(it has an SD RAM slot on it lol),and a pci ide card,so with what i have a can run the scsi drives,5 ide drives & one ide dvd drive, plus up to 6 sata drives, and there is an extra sata slot above the pci-e slot that says "SATA_RAID1"does that mean the mobo supports hardware raid,if so how do i use iti have an old 7900GS video card to use,and an happuage TV tuner card.

I have a case but it normally won't even half the drives i could currently hook up lol.

But it is looking like i need at least one more IDE card(with 2 ports),and i also need to find a cpu, ram, and mabye a power supply, cause idk if any of the ones i have can put out enough power lol.

So any advice you could give me would be great.(parts would be awesome to lol JK)

EDIT:oh if you guys want i can do a build log of it.

Well i made a post on craigslist asking to trade for a cpu,cpu cooler, ram, and a psu, which i found out from a PSU calculator that to fill the mobo to the max(expect for the second pci-e x16 slot)would need 694watts so i asked for a 750w or higher just to be safe.

Do you guys want to see any pics?
