Username is already in use in a pending account request.
I wonder why WiKi lets you edit things without others permission but you have to make a request to make an account.
It said it was going to send me an e-mail but the e-mail was never received.
Because it’s how I configured it 
We were getting hundreds of spam bot account registrations that would just create the account to create a spam user bio page.
