I think that it is fun to see how diverse our tastes in genres are that we don’t immediately recognise just a couple of series/films. 
Personally I feel that I have probably seen something from this animation studio, because the style does have familiar elements. But from the theme displayed, I’m certain that I haven’t seen this particular anime.
When just searching for “anime set in 1333”, the only direct hit I get is Nige Jouzu no Wakagimi?

and cloverworks has done a LOT you have def seen some of their work before. stuff like darling in the franxx, spy family, promised neverland, wonder egg, bunny girl, black butler, fate grand order, bocchi the rock, persona 5, ect ect.
it was part of a1 until 2018 which is also huge and done a lot of stuff you have def seen if you watch any anime at all

Ah yeah! I have seen works from them, just only Wonder Egg Priority from your list 
Others I’ve seen from them are Horimiya and Akebi-chan no Sailor Fuku. The have done some assistance work on others I’ve seen, but I wouldn’t say that I’ve seen “a lot” from them.

Haven´t seen Chainsaw Man, but I did like their work in Eizouken ni wa Te o Dasuna! and Kimi to, Nami ni Noretara.
