Hi all. I have recently been asking around about what GPU's to buy and have been leaning towards a HD 7950 but because I do a lot of rendering as well as gaming I may move towards a Nvidea GTX 670 or 760 I haven't decided yet.
However I have also seen the nvidia quadro cards which are supposed to be really usefull in adobe after effects, premiere pro and cinima 4d and have been thinking about the quadro 600.
When looking around the internet for this card I came across something I can't remember much but it was along the lines of running both a gtx and quadro in the same system.
I am going to run a 2 monitor system and was thinking I can plug these into the gtx card and then have the quadro to render and use adobe programs etc. I know this poses a driver problem but is there a way to do this as I want great gaming performace along with a good workflow.
hi crazydave, well if you use open cl on after effetc and other stuff amd is good but if you want something for gaming and work without compromise go with a gtx 780.
the budget you go to spend on a quadro when you cna buy a graphics card with power for both go for it.
in the amd side you can go crossfire for have power but for now an all in one solution without spend 1000$/€ you can go with a gtx780.
Yes, that would be possible but you have to provide seperate monitors, I think Logan has two gpus one for his main monitors and the other for the ones in the background that you see in the Tek.
