GTX 960, the A409u, and 60Hz

Hey guys. I just stumbled across the video on Tek Syndicate Hardware talking about the A409u, looks like an awesome 4k display that I'm really interested in upgrading to.

However, on http://www.ebay.com/itm/321856997207?ul_noapp=true, it states that the GTX 960 can only run the display at 30Hz. Is this true? From what I can tell the 960 has HDMI 2.0 and should be able to drive 4k at 60Hz. Is this just an error on the eBay listing, or do I need a new GPU to use this guy effectively?

i think this is pretty much what you are looking for.
GTX960 has HDMI 2.0 and display port 1.2.

But ofc the card itself will not be powerfull enough to game at 4K resolutions.
But i suppose you understand that.

Yeah. I'm more interesting in the screen real estate for editing and design work than gaming.
