GTX 780 DirectCU II 2-Way SLI VS Reference GTX 780 SLI

I am building a new rig it will be air cooled except the cpu witch will be cooled by a h100i but i was wondering about the heat output of the asus vs ereference because the reference pushes air out of the case and the asus cards put air in the case witch one would you suggest this is the build im planning to make thanks for your advice.
