which one is better for gaming ?
and will it benefit my build ?
and also do i have to overclock my CPU to get a real performance gain ?

You consider an upgrade to these cards from a 7950...as I sad in the other topic, it's not worth it.
i would personaly go with FX8350 or FX8320 Asus M5A99FX pro R2.0 motherboard. and a R9-280X. because BF at mantle can utilize more cores.
i dont see where hes got a 7950, if he allready has a 7950 with an overclock it can come close a a 7970 and even beats a GTX770 in some games, so in therms of that its not worth it then. ☺then its better to stay with the 7950 safe you some money and trow a GTX780 or amd R9-290 (X) in it later on.
