Hello they basically come out to the same price. To be honest the 270x is a won bid on eBay that I might not pay. So I don't know if it actually works. What are the pros and cons of both and which one should I pair with an AMD Athlin X4 760k?

750ti is much weaker. as a owner of a 660, you should go with the 270x
The 270x is much closer to the gtx760 and some cases better. If you can get your hands on the power color 270x devil it will out perform the gtx 760. I have the power color 270x devil and I can max out nearly any game @ 1080p and still maintain 40-50fps on the really demanding games other games Im well over 60fps. Go with the 270x is all I can say.
270X = 7870GHZ is way better then a GTX750 ti, it wont be even close.
270X will win hands down. Not even close.
That being said an R9 270 can easily be OCed to 270X or higher speeds and can be found new for the same price or only a tiny bit more than the 750 Ti.
