I am building a new computer and i wonder witch GPU I should choose?

You could go for 7970's...

Totally depends what you'd be doing.

Nvidia if you use CUDA or specificly opimised Nvidia games that you'd be playing (which are diminishing). Otherwise go 7970

You will not need quad 7950s lol.  I would say go with two 7970s that will be good for the price and for your use.
