GTX 670 Used for 275$ - Is this a steal?

It is barely used and I found it nearby me on craigslist... I have a few questions...

  1. How good of a deal is this?
  2. If I contact the owner... what are some questions I should ask so that I know it is a good deal or actually works?

With the boxing week deals on now you can get a pretty nice higher end 670, this also comes with Borderlands 2, Assassin's Creed 3, and some other game called Firefall which imo would make up for the price difference with this used 670 which model isn't even specified, and there are even cheaper 670s available like a galaxy 670 for $300, I'd definitely go with a brand new card.
