So I have 1 GTX 660 right now, but i could get a second one for $130 but I am still wondering what type of performance increase I would get for my $130 and if you guys think it it worth my time and money? Yes i have the PSU to support it and I don't pay for my power.

From this, it looks like you will get an ENORMOUS increase. I would do it.
But remember, and for future reference, the cards must be IDENTICAL. Just in case you didn't know. I don't want you to buy one and not have it work.
