GTX 580 for 212 dollars a good deal?

I was wondering if this card second hand was worth 212 dollars.

Is it a 2GB? And what model 580? I would say that price is too high. I saw a 580 with a waterblock and the stock cooler go for $200 on OCN the other day. Also it was a 2GB version (I think). So I would say that's not a good deal.
