GTX 560 Ti problems

Okay, so I've ran into a problem that I've never seen ever or experienced as well. Basically when I turn on the computer, everything boots up just fine, but I get absolutely no signal from the Graphics Card or from the normal ports on the Mobo itself. So I determined it was a cable problem, and replaced it with another one (I also tried the mini HDMI to HDMI and that didnt work as well). So then I thought it was the monitor that was playing tricks on me.

I went downstairs and connected my computer to the TV, first with the graphics card on the DVI to VGA cable whatever adapter to TV, and guess what? no signal. Then I tried the Mini HDMI on the GPU and connected to the TV, nothing. then I tried the mobo ports from HDMI to VGA and DVI, NOTHING.

So I made sure every single cable was connected, like everywhere, I also tried re-sitting the GPU on different slots and did my testing again on both monitor and TV, nothing.

So here are my specs, hope someone can help:

1 80GB 2.5inch unkonwn (frm an old laptop)

24x DVD reader and writer (forgot which one)

I also got a sound card in there, but I dont think that'll cause the problem

Thanks for everyone that can help, hope someone has the answer

try disconnecting EVERYTHING you don't need to boot (all hdd's, the 560 also so use onboard, all addin cards and even the soundcard, extra ram, usb things,...). Use a cable you know works and a screen you know works. Try to make it boot. If it does, add stuff once at a time untill it doesn't again. Post what happens.
