I have tried the one with replacing the folder with the other files and it sorta helped.Specs:

I get like 34 average but some parts of the city I get around 23fps. It is unplayable. I have all settings on low except textures and I even had to lower my res.Â
Is there a optimization mod or any new performance tips?
I have the latest drivers as well.I also have the latest patch.
Wow, that looks like a glitch because you should be running it on high. I ran it on medium/high with a Q9300, 8800GS, and 2 Jigabytes of RAM. I don't know what to tell you.
yeah thats fucks up, i have a gtx 260 3 gigs of ram and a phenom 9950 which is about as powerful as your q6600, but i get like 60 fps in the benchmark, and lowest about 30 when it gets fucking insane, thats all on high settings too
I noticed that it says my graphics card only has 487MB. Yet mine has 512. Could this be the problem?
No, the game just has shitty detection of everything. It detects like 900MB of my 1024MB.

my frames are great i dunno why.. but after i changed my mobo it all just ran better.
maybe because i defragged windows just after intalling it and all drivers, updates ect.
but i think you have a driver problem.. i mean there are some settings that you can tweak with in the nvidia controlpanel (I'ts shit but it works).
and there are known issues with rivatuner so try to stay away from that.
Other than that there are so many tweaks online.. for example:
and I've experienced that tweaking the config file is good lol.. maybe it works.. tjek it out anyways, if you haven't all ready^^
