So is this a good deal?
for that price i would say no. and 28gb of ram? wot?
well its not just for gaming its for right now college that's why I wanted that i7. but why "doesn't" = 850 usd?
for college/school laptops a old gen 2 i5 with a igpu is good enough. and for gaming desktop>laptop but also the newer 10 series from nvidia was just released on laptops and they would only be a few hundred more and be much much better. the 780m is long in the tooth and while it can compete with some of the 9xx series, i wouldnt drop 850 on it now adays. you are much better off getting a cheap latitude with a i5 and a gaming desktop, OR if you must have a gaming laptop then save up for one with a 1060 or 980/ti.
I know but I have a bugest on 1000 and I also might need word and some other stuff like a backpack so. I dk ill see I never actually had a high end laptop. before. so to me it might seem pretty goiod. with that said I have a high end desktop. but I need something portable.
also I might just sell the 780m and get a 980m
780m for laptops is worth around 600ish also counts on the laptop brand/model plays a large factor. for 850 you can buy a more efficient processor
