According the brightsideofnews.com the nvidia gt300 core will be a cgpu with 512 MIMD shaders, running at near 2ghz. ive heard elsewhere (sorry for not siting my source) that it will have 2 gigs of gddr5 running on a 512bit bus. and still keeping the die somehow below 500mm2. this will be able to compute 3 teraflops i guess. sounds nice but could it be true?

With 2GB of full memory, GTA IV can finally be ran at max without exceeding the restrictions, which means full detail for everything and no texture pop-ins.
hopefully, but i think the texture popins are more because the game is coded very poorly. but maybe more video memory will please this game.
