I am looking to uninstall the dual boot loader GRUB and move my windows to a new ssd and just boot different drives when I want to use Linux right now both OSs are on one hard drive. How would I uninstall GRUB and change the boot partition for each drive
You do not have to unistall Grub i believe. You will still be dual booting and windows will just boot from a different disk. If you do not want to use grub for some reason if you install windows on a different disk with a different boot loader the the only thing you have to do is change the boot device from the BIOS every time you boot. But that is not very convenient.
