well, the whole movie is supposed to send off a bad vibe for ethical reasons lol so it should seem like a catastrophe

All these movies I forgot. Heck
My two favorites are Bladerunner and Ghost in the Shell (1995).
I picked up the 25th anniversary edition of that and I gotta say it holds up well after all these years.
Pandorum (I like it but not as much as Event Horizon)
Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow (kinda retro futurism)
Titan AE
Sphere
The Abyss
i remember aeon flux only because it had the guy from hackers in it and the security grass blades were cool lol

Tron (1982)
Tron Legacy (for visual goodness)
Edge of Tomorrow
Equilibrium
Moon
Inception
Infini
Lockout (decent scifi action)
Dark City
Last Days on Mars
Edit: added trailers for some that weren't linked already.
I hated on all the Stargate TV shows and Movies in College. Ended up watching the whole series when it was free on Hulu a long time ago and loved it. Give it a chance, great characters and some neat connections to old Earth Lore and Myths
I honestly did not enjoyed Blade Runner, although I will mention that I have only watched the Theatrical cut and not the Final or Director's cuts. That being said, I will applaud the movie for its production values. The whole setting still looks awesome in this day and age.
You are not the only one. I didn't find the movie too remarkable however I will concide that it must have done something amazing in the 80s that probably looks trite by today's standards.
this boggles me that some people dont like it D: lol but the soundtrack is mind melting, listen to it in a dim room with a glass of ur fav liquor, best ever lol
