Recently I've noticed my upload speeds are utterly terrible lately(about .9Mbps)
nothing has changed in my home and I used to get between 7-9Mbps
has anyone had these kind of problems before ? if so can you please help me ?

Probably worth calling your ISP about it, to be honest.
Copper ...unfortunately I have not blessed by the fiber gods
and I did and got nowhere.
just the usual trying resetting your modem and the classic "up to" not always
