Hey all,
My university and I are working on a new type of graphics engine and physical computing model that would allow for systems to have a life span of around a decade if this works. If you have an AMD graphics chip and an Nvidia graphics chip is it possible to use both of them simultaneously for Physx, Compute, asynchronous- compute, and graphics teaming. We are trying to see if you were to embed one of these chips in a SOC style processor could you expand that embedded graphics chip with another one teamed over a connection or even have multiple of these SOC's on the same board and allow them to share computation resources with each other including their RAM and Graphics chip. It's like and APU on steroids designed from the ground up for parallel computing.
