Seriously, save up some more money before you buy a GPU. With that budget you simply won't get an enjoyable gaming experience, no matter what you buy. If you can find a used R7 265 or maybe a used R9 270 for that price then that's fine, but everything lower than that simply won't be worth it. Save up for an R9 270, that's my advice. There simply isn't a GPU suitable for modern gaming in your current price range.
