Im doing a build for my friends and he need a gpu that will be able to run games on 1920x1080 and that is about $125 or less... He is on a very tight budget.

He can run things at that high resolution, but he won't be able to set everything to their highest settings, such as textures and shadows, post processing. Etc.

Something your friend should think about.
