Iam from germany and I could use a little expertise on a new graphic card.
It should be around 300 € //but i dont wont to waste money

I would suggest a HD7950 for that price point you can find one on Alternate.de for around 300 euro.

you could also go down the Nvidia root and buy a GTX 660 ti, depending on what games you play it can out perform the AMD HD7950 on some occasions (and you will also save some money as its a little cheaper).

Right now iam considering these two;
GIGABYTE Geforce GTX 660 Ti OC
SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 7950 with Boost
The 660 is around 35€ cheaper and iam going to play Borderlands 2 and AC3
But i got a SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 5770 Vapor X that isnt that bad for an AMD
