GPUs died a while ago.. Am I close to bringing one of them back to life?

So, currently, I have two dead Tahiti GPUs... I thought they were trash. Until today, when I decided to pop one of them in the oven...

Before, neither one of them would allow the computer to finish the post... The screen would be blank, and the LED debug code would read either 62 or 64.

NOW it will display the bios screen, boot into safe mode, ALMOST logs into windows... But that's about it.. By almost... I mean... It DOES log into windows fine... and I am able to hear programs starting up like skype... but there's nothing on screen. Pitch black.

The device manager in safe mode does recognize the GPU as an AMD 7900 series...

Any suggestions on how to get this thing working again?

Edit: I'm currently baking the second one, and then I'm going to throw the first one back in for another 5 to 7 minutes...

@Logan or @wendell Have you guys ever encountered anything like this? Perhaps it's dead?

I just have a feeling that it's very close to being resurrected... But then again, I don't know much about that stuff...
