Im not sure if it even out there..but i have $62.50. I have no way to get anymore money..that being said is there a graphics card that will run gta 4 max settings for that amount or maybe something that will run high or medium settings just curious what you guys have to say.

I dont know if this changes anything but its running a intel i5 3330 quad core at 3.0 ghz with 8gb of 1333 memory... and also how much would it help if i upgraded the memory?
your best bet is going to be like a hd 6770 or maybe a 6670 if you turn down the setting a litle
