that's a tough choice... 290, just don't get a reference model

they are color power, they've renamed their brand to club 3d
Cub3D makes good cards, so I think that card will serve you well. However, it is important to keep in mind that the card might still run slightly hot with that specific cooler on it-- even though it will be quiter than the reference model.
idk man im still in a limbo whether to buy a r9 380 or maybe a 280x or a 290, it would be logical to buy a r9 380 because its best of r9 290 and r9 280x and my power supply is limited to 600w
Go with the R9 380, friend. I promise you will be proud of your purchase. My card cannot even beat the R9 380, and I have the GTX 780 Lightning Edition card.
