GPU Output Signal Trouble

So I recently like not even 1 months ago I got my gpu replaced by XFX. And I've been having the same or similar troubles I had before. The troubles I been having is I would lose signal to my 2 displays and the computer would restart, fail to boot, and no signal to my monitors would be displayed.

Anyways I was cleaning out my pc today after it happened when I pulled out my gpu and found these type of runner lines.

I don't have water cooling and I also do have anything above this spot in my case. And I been noticing it's whenever my gpu seems to be in high usage prolonged gaming. Any help would be welcomed.

Fyi your looking at a AMD XFX 7850 2gb Double-D

From the picture i must ask since its poor quality.

IS this a dust? if not what temp are you getting on your gpu. usually pcb isn't getting that kind amount of heat unless your pc is just beside heater appliance / air humidifiers / ac's.

That's flux residue left over from when they solder the larger components on to the card.

It's not bad quality for a camera on a phone its open the picture in a new tab.
