GPU decision help

So I'm trying to decide between an ASUS Directcuii 7870, 2gb or the HIS Iceq 7870 2gb for only $10 more...

Thanks in advance because im having a hard decision trying to decide... 

And I have heard that the his iceq 7870 has really good cooling, however i've heard ditto for the asus card, so...

I'd get the Asus, I beileive it has a higher clock out of the box, It has great cooling, and it just looks badass!
