GPU Cooling?

A few months ago, I purchased an amazing room heater that also  functions as a graphics card: The 7970. The thing is as nearly as hot as Logan, any cooling ideas that could improve my experience with the card?

Thanks in advance,

Matt

(Specs:

CPU- AMD FX 4100 Black Edition 4Ghz (OC @ 4.1 Ghz), Brother Board- Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3, GPU- XFX AMD Radeon HD 7970, SSD- SanDisk Ultra 128gb drive, HDD- 1tb Hitachi 7200rpm 3.5" drive, RAM 8GB 1066mhz, PSU- Alpine 1250w (2xPSU), Case- CIT Mars (ATX))

How hot does it get?

You always could set up a custom water cooling loop and slap a waterblock on it, or grab an aftermarket cooler such as the Artic Hybrid II-120 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186095

Gay.

How hot is it getting? thats a vital piece of info

It can get to around 80c

I have been considering custom cooling but this post was mainly if anyone had other ideas

Have you tried adjusting the fan curve in a program like Afterburner?  I changed my curve just a bit and now my Crossfired 7870ghz dont break 65c.

You could try a NZXT kraken g10. It is a closed loop for a graphics card.
