Im planning on buying this graphics card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130787 but my question was with adding it to my pc's cooling loop. Being that it is not a reference length pcb, and rather a 680 length pcb, i was wondering if the XSPC Razor for the 680 would fit or not.

If it's on the compatability list for the block then yeah, Otherwise it's kinda sketchy and I wouldn't go for it.
Agreed, better to confirm it compatiable then to have water all over your computer.
