Depending on what games you play mostly.
Both cards are basicly decent choices.
Both have their pro´s and con´s.
Purely based on current games and benchmarks that are out there,
i would say the GTX1060 is the better card this very moment, cause manny DX11 titles that are still present.
But the RX480 does seem to do slightly better in certain DX12 and Vulkan games.
But that also doesnt seem to count for every DX12 and Vulkan game.
It still realy depends from game to game.
As far as RX480 recommendations.
