GPU bottleneck

I have:

ASUS M5A97 le 2.0

AMD FX 4100 Quad Core 3.6 GHz

Earthwatts 500 Green

Dell E-series 23" 1920x1080

I feel like my cheapo ATI Radeon HD 5450 is holding me back.

I would like a video card that is on par with the above cpu/mobo I got in a Fry's bundle

I primarily play World of Tanks/Warplanes and Starcraft on low settings

I have no idea where to start. Any suggestions would be appreciated

btw, EVGA is offering in game coupons for WOT for their GeForce 650's. Not sure if they are what I need or not

What's your budget?

Kinda open, my mobo/cpu bundle was only like $160 so spending $600 on a gpu isn't quite reasonable. But I suppose I'd have no problem in the $130-140 range, or even more if you could justify the cost/performance benefits.

you're not looking for something that powerful so i'd reccomend a 7770, it's usually the same price as a 7750, and will beat a 650 by a considerable margin

Thanks for the advice!

How do I decide between manufacturers and the other differences...amount of ram, clock speeds?

There is a 2gb and 1gb 7770, but there is no point in getting th 2gb because the 7770 is not powerful enough to utilize more than 1gb. As far as manufactuers; It is mostly opinion, but I would grab the cheapest ASUS, Sapphire, or XFX card.

Thank for your help everyone

7770 or if you can, go for 7870
