GPT - MBR mismatch in Clonezilla

So... when I was trying to mirror my main drive on my big PC to the much faster Caviar Black 1TB SATA3 one, Clonezilla came up with an error about a GPT - MBR mismatch. I know that I've only used my main drive for Windows in the past and it only used MBR. I know that the new drive was a GPT drive, since it served as a Time Capsule backup for my Hackintosh. So I formatted it with MBR and no luck still. Clonezilla said that the existing main Windows drive has a GPT - MBR mismatch.

I would initiate one command that would suppose to "repair" the drive by getting rid off the GPT partition and leave the MBR, although I could not guarantee that the data will then be accessible or worse still be there afterwards. If anyone is familiar with Clonezilla, they'll know that command I am talking about. So how will I suppose to mend this issue?
