And how exactly did he "hack" you? Did he simply guess your password?
From the absolutely glorious text that is the OP, I'm going to say you are under the age of majority. In other words your parental figure can easily claim he is/was checking that you are not getting yourself into troubling situations.
Maybe there is an easier way to solve this situation rather than going to "cort".
As for "hoe" he could of hacked or by-passed system passwords, there are many methods. Firstly is a nifty little boot-time program called Kon-boot. That essentially waits for the part of the OS that binds users to passwords and then simply tells it the password is blank.
A more obvious answer maybe that your password is too easy or not complex enough.
"How can I stop this?" I hear you cry, well to prevent the latter of the two potential routes he could of taken....create a passord with higher complexity. For instance my shortest passwords are 20 characters long that are alphanumerical and contain symbols.
As for preventing the first attack. Either move the login to active directory, which will move the password away from the client and instead to a server (this still leaves the server vulnerable) or use an OS where simple download and run it programs don't work *cough* linux *cough*.

Full disk encryption or bust! Strong passwords are great until I boot into a live USB or use any other method of bypassing your password. Look into Check Point or TrueCrypt or other similar stuffs.

daddys been sniffing your packets too id assume,
any locked computer can be accessed just using ubuntu on a flash drive
get in disable password and log in or even just veiiw your hard drive contents
and if your on a network that he can access he can sniff your packets and see every little thing you do
how to prevent this?? well you cant there is always a work around everything even encription can be cracked quite easily
and there is no law that says he cant veiw what you do as he is a parent thats part of his responsibility as a parent

Windows 7 log in can be bypassed even with a windows 7 boot disk last time i checked. Dont know if this is the case for win 8 and 8.1.
A BIOS password is no fix but might still be a good idea to prevent bypasses based on booting with linux, win boot disk, kon boot and so on.
