I'm taking IT class in highschool and i need to put a website online for an assignment.
I also need FTP support.

The amount of storage space isn't really an issue, I don't need that much space.

If you want just a small webhost nothing crazy you can go to http://www.madgenius.com/ I have always had great support from them. Youre taking an IT class though so I think you would be doing more complex stuff down the line. If youre comfortable using terminal you can buy a small vps from buyvm.net you can grab 128mb vps for 15$ a year for small websites and messing around with linux and server stuff.
