Good value per dollar office chair - no frills necessary

I did the same. And no regrets, best purchase ever.

Check out this video:

Depends on the chair, they have a pretty wide range. We got two. One was very comfortable, good back height and support, easy tilting and the arms were in the right place. Went to get another and they did not have it so got stuck with an aweful chair.

If I had paid more they have some really nice executive style chairs built around ergonomic principles and are very comfortable indeed.

My city has a lot of corporate offices and there are a few Used Office Furniture Warehouses. I found my Herman Miller chair there for cheap and I highly recommend a trial siting before any purchase.

It is not fancy or super-adjustable, but it doesn't have to be because the ergonomics are perfect for me.

It really makes sense to me to spend on a Herman miller, or Steelcase, or whatever other good brand you can find.

I started getting back problems, so I went looking for a good chair. After the Steelcase, all my troubles went away. :)

Logan & Wendell recommended the criterion chair threw Steelcase. It's a $1000 dollar chair, but I found mine at Madison seating.com for under $300! I don't know if they still have the sale going on but I love mine!
