Here is the updated build.. the price came up a little on the 6300 though and I added a CPU cooler.
The build is a little over budget at ~$830, but it has everything.

If you want future upgradability though... I still recommend this:
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3wMt5. This is ~$780 and is very upgradeable. You can drop an i5-4670k, or an i7, and a second r9-280 or a r9 290x.
***The i3-4130 beats the amd 6300 at stock speeds. so only get AMD if you plan to overclock, which my first build will do very nicely.
